I want to encourage all to donate generously THIS YEAR *especially* because every dollar you give to an institution that has IPC status will be matched by another dollar from the govt! if you believe that the SG govt does not do enough to help.the needy, what better way to squeeze money out of them by donating and getting them to do $1 ofr $1 matching!
