I happen to love drummers because I also learned to drum at the age of 50 and I'm 75 now, and a grandma. I've suddenly found myself compelled to watch all your videos and catch up with all your enormous talents. You capture the songs you play as if you were the musicians that played them for the first time. You are truly operating a Time Machine. You have taken me back to times in my life that were significant. The reminiscence is delicious and sad at the same time, so please, don't stop. I love each journey. I'm so glad to see that musicians don't have to be steeped in drugs to play good. Keep it up. There is still hope in the world for goodness.

Your “old guy” drummer reminds me of me in my church praise band: I’m 57 and play bass. Everyone else is in their teens and 20s. It’s fun though. Well done, guys! Memory for me is playing this tune during a four-month tour (civilian musicians) of South Vietnam in summer of 1969. Our contract was clear about not playing "protest" songs.
