I TRUST YOU LORD. Please give me strength to get through this Christmas. I’m holding on and keeping faith. I keep faith even as I constantly struggle to provide for my kids and I constantly struggle to buy groceries. My husband is with you God. At times I feel so alone especially as a single mom. Since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus I’m overwhelmed. Both of my sons are autistic. I’m now homeschooling them so my hours to work are limited. Having a date to celebrate is not a problem. How often have people celebrated their birthday several days or even weeks before their real day? As an example, this year we celebrated my birthday about a month early because my sister was in town at the time and it was her birthday so as a family we had a big fun party for both of us. It was great! With that, I'd like to think the same thing with the birth of Jesus. How blessed are we to be able to have the freedom to pick a date and celebrate our Lord's earthly birth.

I have several questions for you. Is there an email that I can send my questions to you? How do you celebrate Christmas knowing that the winter solstice was originally a pagan holiday to the sun god? Doesn't that conflict with what God wants us to do? I read Deuteronomy 12, Leviticus 18:30, and Mark 7:7-8 and I am sensing that God does not want us to celebrate anything that can in any way be connected with other gods. Please reply. Shalom WindyWade, We want to assure you that everyone must hold to their convictions that the Holy Spirit gives them (Romans 14:5-6). There is a push by Messianic Jews to force others to celebrate the Seven Feasts, or judge them if they do not adhere to them. Colossians 2:16-23 declares that such legalism and rules no longer stand. In reference to Christmas being linked with Sol Invicticus and Saturnalia, this is not specifically the case. The dates for the pagan sun feasts occurred from December 17th to the 23rd, and the practices linked with the pagan celebration are not specifically linked with Christmas (i.e. gift giving, eating and drinking are associated with all feasts). Now some of the pagan celebrations linked with Christmas in the middle-ages could be linked with ancient Babylonian mythology. The yule log for example is associated with Tammuz, Nimrod’s son, who was believed to have died on the Winter Solstice (December 21st). Trees have longed been worshiped throughout every culture in history, as well as every object of God’s creation. You see the World Tree make many appearances throughout various mythologies, but that also was Satan counterfeiting the authentic, which was the Tree of Life. The Menorah also represents the Tree of Life, but the cross represents the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. We’ve always found it ironic that people where crosses which are a symbol of the curse. Yet in that cross they see freedom and redemption. However, if man worships any object as an icon, that becomes idolatry. We are not pushing anyone to celebrate Christmas. At this time of year, we merely acknowledge Yeshua coming to earth in human flesh. We use this season as our witnessing tool, since the lost already acknowledge Jesus with December 25th. Indeed, that day is not the correct day of His birth, but we don’t know the exact one. Our Jewish mother was an orphan. We don’t know her exact birth date so we picked a day to celebrate it, even though it’s probably incorrect. We don’t judge Christians for worshiping Yeshua on the 25th. Now if they are bowing to the sun god that might be a little sus. Do your research, read the Word, and accept His peace. You have a few technical errors in this broadcast. 1. The Palestine Liberation Organization that arafat started was organized in 1964, when Jordan was occupying Judea and Samaria, not after the 6 day war. The promised borders of Israel are stated in the Bible as being from the Euphrates to the River of Egypt. The River of Egypt is not the Nile, but rather the Wadi of Egypt at the beginning of the Sinai Peninsula. The Sinai Peninsula has historically been identified as Egyptian territory going back to the time of Moses. Mt Siani is in Arabia, not the Sinai Peninsula, because Moses had to lead the people out of Egypt, and Sinai was part of Egypt. The description of "East Jerusalem" as though it is a separate city is unfortunate and not accurate. Jerusalem is one undivided city but when Jordan illegally occupied it in the 1948-1949 War of Independence, the Jordanians violated international law and the UN Partition plan which had called for a Jewish state and and Arab state but the 1947 partition plan UN Resolution 181 29 Nov 1947 called for both the undivided city of Jerusalem and for Bethlehem to be under international control with free access to worship God to be guaranteed to all faith groups, Jewish, Islam and Christian. Generally your broadcast is very good, but you should be a little more careful to clean up some factual errors. Amman and Moab are the territories assigned to Lot's descendants, Reuben, Gad and part of Manasseh were on the east bank of the Jordan River, in territory Jordan now controls, but there was assigned space for the family of Lot and the descendants of Esau (Edom) as well.

We don’t have time to go into the extreme historic details of all these events, so we summarize; however, the facts were not violated within our summary. The PLO was started in 1964, but not by Arafat. As we stated, after the 6 day War, Yasser Arafat began calling the Jordanians in the West Bank Palestinians. Walid Shoebat, an old friend of our ministry, always said that “on June 4, 1967, I was a Jordanian, and overnight I became a Palestinian.” Genesis 15:18-21 does describe the boundaries God originally intended for the Promised Land. Although we did not explicitly state it, many rabbis and ancient sources describe the river of Egypt to be the Nile. Whether it is or not, God explains the east to west portion of Israel’s territory is from said Egyptian River to Euphrates, this would cover all the way through Jordan, even into Iraq. So yes, Ammon is included. Although when the children of Israel first came into the Promised Land, God told them to go around Ammon and Moab, because it wasn’t time for their judgment, and the Israelites to acquire that territory. Zephaniah 2:8-11 describes the final fulfillment of the Israelites taking that inheritance of Ammon and Moab. Ezekiel 25 describes their past removal from the land. So yes, the land map we showed with Rueben, Gad, and the ½ tribe of Manasseh was correct and did not include Ammon, nor did we state it included Ammon. We hate to be nit-picky, but we want to address all your concerns. Mount Sinai has not been proven to be in Arabia, all is still under speculation and scrutiny. We did not call East Jerusalem a separate city that is what it was geographically and politically called during that time. We obviously believe in a single, unified Jerusalem; if you’ve watched any of our past teachings, this shouldn’t be a question. Yes, since the Oslo Accords Bethlehem is under Palestinian control. Semantics and micro-scrutiny aside, our broadcast was truthful, and none of the history omitted violated the facts given in order to summarize an elongated history for a social media generation. We deeply respect Jonathan Cahn, and as we said in our video, either March or September is the possibility. Zacharias' priestly duty was only twice a year, and we know when his service was scheduled to estimate John and Yeshua's birth. But it's still either spring or fall because we don't know during which tour of duty that Gabriel appeared to him. FYI, have you ever heard the saying, "One Jew, three opinions."? I have always been of the understanding that Jesus was born in the fall. The shepherds wouldn't be in the fields in the winter, and they would be busy with newborn lambs in the spring. If it was during the summer, then the family could have left Bethlehem after the birth. They were still there in a house when the Magi showed up, so this leads me to settle on the fall time frame for His birth.

He chose to give it to the descendants of Abraham. But not just any descendants! The descendants of Issac, not just any descendants of Issac, but He chose Jacob! Jacob's descendants became better known as the Israelites=the Jews. So the Jews are the chosen residents of Israel, God said so! And anyone living on the land that is Israel's possession, is there against God's wishes! So they are what is commonly known as "squatters"! And squatters have no rights to any land they are squatting on when the true owners return! God brought His chosen people, the Jews, back to the land He had originally given them (which was a real miracle by the way). So any squatters in the land should've been thrown off of it, right then and there. So all arabs on that land are "squatters"! Thus time please do it correctly! When Israel wins this war, and gets all their land back, don't give the arabs anything, no land no citizenship, nothing! That's what God's orders always were! It sounds harsh by our modern standards, but if The Jews led by Joshua had wiped put ALL of the people groups in the land, we wouldn't be having this conversation, and there would not be a war like this! Many Christians including myself, have given and supported millions maybe Billions of dollars given to supposedly, Christian Palestinians who live in Beit-Lechem. The House of David, through Israel Tours. Most tours start 1st at Palestinian gift shops with beautiful olive wood carved items of all kinds of item that even look Jewish like Minorahs, Bibles, crosses. Jewelry ect. This is supposed to be Christian Palestinians?. But if you do not love Israel, you do not love The God of Israel. Plain and simple. I was warned after several trips supporting buying items from these shops. On how this money supporting these places goes to help fund terrorism against Jews!! That was hard to hear at first. But now I can see confirmation even through this article it's true.!! All tourist want souvenirs or something to remember their trip to Israel?, Nothing wrong with that. Woe, slow down, shalom. We never said we celebrate Christmas. Before we get all judgey, let’s look at some scripture. First, followers of Yeshua are not commanded to follow the Seven Feasts, Colossians 2:16-23 (even though it is a privilege to do so). We are not meant to impose our convictions concerning the celebration of holidays on others, it is between us and the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:5-6.) Speaking of man-made holidays, Hanukkah was a man-made holiday that Yeshua celebrated (John 10:22-23). Now concerning Christmas. Many would like to associated it with Saturnalia and Sol Invicticus; however, this Roman festival always occurred on the Winter Solstice, along with every major occult feast, which did not occur on December 25th. More specifically, Saturnalia occurred from December 17th to 23rd.
