Moral of the song: It's okay to make mistakes, but what really matters is to take accountability for them, even though it can be too late. Maybe, the person that we hurt is not around us anymore, but, it is the right path to forgive ourselves and move on. Great song, great message.

I don’t think it even matters to whom he dedicated the song to but personally I feel like this one could be for Sabrina? I mean, he put her through hell due to all this fan-made drama and she received death threats from Olivia-fans, etc. But as I said, ultimately I don’t think it is our place to tell who this song is about because it is undeniably yet again a masterpiece on all levels.

It was a private affair so you never know, it's just where people who really pay attention to their posts and appearances and other stuff place the ending of their timeline in. I really like how he continuously shares different perspectives in his songs. He acknowledges how they have hurt him, and how he has hurt them (using plural nouns generically). It shows the maturity and unique lyricism he shares. I like how he’s always intentional with everything he puts out. Can’t wait to hear the entire track list assuming this is from the album 😅.
