THIS SONG WAS ABOUT OLIVIA RODRIGO PROOF!!! 1st reason : when the song says, "passing Pasadena do you still live in LA?" Olivia used to live in Pasadena for a while and said on her story that she was moving from there to LA. So that basically means that josh wishes that Olivia moved back there. 2nd reason : when josh talked about converse, the first time Olivia and him met he was wearing converse 3rd reason : not sure if this is what he was talking about but in the last episode of hsmtmts, he got a letter from Olivia? Idk 4th reason : they started dating when they were young and the song says "take me back to when we were young again"

Joshua is so talented. His songs (including the ones in HSMTMTS) are so amazing. He is also well-rounded when it comes to styles. I mean look at Secret in comparison to Set Me Free. His lyrics like 'see a stranger whose eyes are still the same' are so simple yet hold so much power. I know I'm not speaking for myself when I talk about the hold Joshua's songs have over us all.

I think so! This song made me cry, because I hadn't really thought of my first love in a long time, but this song brought back so many emotions about how beautiful and really innocent that first love is. You really don't know what you're getting yourself into that first time, and the feeling is so pure and real. I think I will always love and care for my first love! We weren't compatible in the end, but I think that love for him and those memories of being kids and having fun will stay with me forever.
