It's rough but come on, he just got that falsetto like, five minutes ago. It will get better. He's already very well trained in addition to being naturally gifted, but every boy singer has to cope with a completely new voice emerging, and learn it all over again. Joshua us having a smoother transition than most. If you look at the video "If the World Only Knew" and then this one, realize they were made just over a year apart.

It cracked, shortly after the Little Mermaid concert. There's a hard to find video from just after, of the three kids from the Hamilton Miscast number doing a reprise. Doug Baldeo has improved a lot and Luca was at the top of his game, but Joshua struggled and it showed. He's a pro and he powered through it but it was clearly a struggle and he had to improvise a bit. But seriously, he got through the change incredibly fast and smoothly.

I was a boy soprano until my voice changed and I was thrust into a bass voice. I hope your vocal coaches are working you through the natural break in a guy's voice. Unfortunately I didn't have vocal coaching back then and was laughed at when I cracked so it took me MANY years to overcome that. You have far greater talent than I, but I love the videos and your maturing voice sounds incredible so if someone does dare to say anything during your change tell them to stuff it. hahaha
