Don't know for sure but it's probably a custom one that responds best to him in the very high registers

It is a Marcinkiewicz mouthpiece. I guess he uses an E19 but the Bobby Shew 1 E14 will do it also. I have tried the Bobby Shew E14 and it is a really good lead mouthpiece for not too much money. Best
