I don't know why people say to pick between Emeth and Gargoyle when they do completely different things. Gargoyle is a DARK Dragon used on the Player's Turn, and often to set up plays with Bystials. Emeth is an EARTH Machine used on the opponent's turn to preserve your board for grind games, thwart certain Steal/Spot Removal/OTK attempts, and avoids interactions from opponents' Bystials. The real decision is whether to play Emeth or not since it's LESS necessary overall, but if your focus is on thwarting OTKs more efficiently for a heftier Crackback(like mine tends to be), try using both. I also like using Branded Beast in conjunction with Regained so I have less worries from things like overpowered Continuous and Field Spells, but it takes a lot of space in both the deck and Back row even if it's easy to set up consistently(if uninterrupted, but those plays also waste a lot of hand traps while leaving your main plays unscathed even if it is).

Desires is one of the only way I can justify playing 3 copies of HOPT cards(aside from the MOST important searcher or 2) in my deck lists. And sometimes that's still not enough to keep them all from getting banished(or worse, drawing into 2 of a HOPT card in a difficult situation). But yeah, that's why I prefer using Searches and Excavates to get to what I want instead of "stacking and plusing".

I’m so tired of Tenpai 😭 whenever I play it they never mess up like they do vs Josh lol. It’s actually stupid how unless you have the specific counter in your deck they can instantly wipe you with the harpie and droplets they always have lol. There’s something so so tilting about losing 3 coin flips against ritual beast or something like that then winning the coin flip vs Tenpai 🥴

I’m using n3shs newest list from his channel and it normally works but then I’ll get a span of games where I lose a coin toss and a tear variant goes full combo then Tenpai will hand trap me 3 times and that combo just fucking loops til I’m tilted. Imperm gamma duster droplet and engine every single game lol
