I went camping at JT several times back in the mid 80's and did see a ufo flying very low (maybe 200 ft) and VERY, VERY fast. Absolutely no noise. It looked matte black and was a nearly perfect triangle. I viewed it for maybe 1-3 seconds as it zipped right over my head. My sighting was during daylight. A few whispy clouds but mostly clear, blue skies. I was stunned!

I was hiking in a desolate area near Joshua Tree National Park and i saw something moving on the other side of some vegetation when it went out into a clearing i saw a pretty tall hairy human like creature. It was lanky and covered in very light tan hair, i was so scared but luckily I was kinda far enough it didn't notice me. It blended in very well with the landscape. I don't go hiking in that area anymore, but I have been thinking about it but not alone. I'm actually a hiking guide in nearby Palm Springs.

@robertjames-life47682 ай бұрын
I lived in this area throughout the 80’s, I never heard anyone mention a “Yucca Man”. I also question the validity of this documentary. 1. In the 50’s Joshua Tree wasn’t a national park- that didn’t happen until the 90’s. 2. There isn’t an Air Force Base anywhere near there- it’s the 29 Palms Marine Corp base. Vantassel had a reputation of being a bit of a nut. I want to believe but this video is lame.

They did screw up on the details, which was vey irritating,but I have heard about Yucca Man. There is even an add in the local newspaper with a phone number to report Yucca Man sitings. Also, Van Tassel said that he got directions for building the Integratron from the Venusians. Even though he never got to complete his plan to turn his building into a giant Tesla coil, it is still a wondrous structure. It is acoustically perfect and it was built without nails.

Prior to 1690, I believe California was an island. Countries such as France with a online Historical National Archive should have several maps preserved in the collection showing a GREAT BIG body of sea water called The red sea of California or Mare Vermejo, It separated the Isle of California from the mainland America. From comparing 5 old maps & studying the etymology of the old names & seen a connection between the name of the past to the name of today. Cocomariposa had a connection to Joshua Tree.Surprisingly, It was a coastal location / river off the mainland America. The devils gate bridge or suicide bridge in Pasadena off the 210. The Isle of Gigantes may have been in that exact spot. This island of Gigantes was on all maps i found showing Cali as a island. Historically, These giants were known to be cannibals.
@gargoyle2585Ай бұрын
I have seen info regarding this subject also.. The bigger question then is - how Cali is the way it is now. Did water recede or has the land risen?? There is evidence of serious cataclysm sometime around the 15/1600's. If water were to recede to reveal land then where did it go?? How?? Evidence points to Expansion Theory - Land rises - not simply tectonic, actual expansion. 🙏

I was seeing a triangle at top of the trees slowly floating past the high school two story roof floating north towards downtown Madrid a big in a slow and deliberate motion. We’re having our senior picture taken I’m looking up at the top of the building and everybody else is staring at the camera, then after that, we went to a Methodist Church the next morning I believe the sunlight was our eyes we were looking we were in Nebraska, an orb perfectly shaped orb, just at the top of the trees drifted toward the center of Elie from the street in front of us and we were at the Methodist Church looking east And reflected the trees back away from it. You didn’t see it except you saw trees and the guy standing next to me. God rest the soul. I said ; you see the way it goes? Yeah he said. I asked what’s going on? He says there here because you’re here. I said no don’t tell me that shit. The Class is facing East tiwards” in the bright morning sunlight for the senior tea photo. he says no man since you moved in I’ve seen an increase of orbs and UFOs and triangle black shape and shits happening because you, you chose Elsie Nebraska for some fucking weird reason.

My grandmother, Doris Georgino, lived in Landers from 1977 until the quake of '92 forced her to move. My mother and I visited her in the desert dozens of times in those 15 years. George Van Tassel's honest-to-God job was that of airport manager. From the time my grandmother moved there in 1977 until well into the 1990s, that whole area of Yucca Valley and Landers had a bad reputation of being populated largely by retired old alcoholics and a few dope addicts. None of the locals my grandmother knew in that part of the desert ever said anything about a Bigfoot-like creature, so that story was probably made up sometime after the earthquake and is almost certainly BS. They're right about the minerals though... there's an abandoned copper mine just north of Landers, and some of the dark brown rocks on top of Spy Mountain have grass green veins of nickel ore running through them. Millions of years ago, that whole region was volcanically active.
