Probably should of held out on the Helicopter at least till Archer's eVTOL dropped. It would be not only cheaper to rent but soon can be purchased by anyone. Costs for repairs would be drastically different since its electric. Its safer for air travel since it has backup individual propeller engines in case any of the others fail and will be autonomous. Basically meaning you wouldn't need a pilot to take you to your destination. Really hope you rented the chopper just for that day.
