I'm thinking Grey Gardens could have been like this if things had gone better for the Beales and they had kept the house into the 21st century. A couple of small drawbacks for me were the echoing inside thehouse and the kitchen sink has right-angle corners instead of curved corners. I couldn't tell for sure but the bottom of the sink may be flat instead of slanting down to the drain. Keeping the sink dry and clean might be a problem. I'd go with stainless steel or porcelain that has no corners and bottom that allows water to flow out.

I know I'm 4 years late but I am so glad that you mentioned echoey recording . Very irritating and I complained about this also as it makes it hard to enjoy . They should invest in good quality microphones .

Apparently, First Dibs is doing well. I'm not surprised. I google "Venetian Sofa", and First Dibs comes up. I google "Coral Necklace", and First Dibs comes up (with a faux-coral masterpiece from the Sixties, for thousands of Dollars). At one point, Tuxedo Park's original ten-foot fence had been removed, "for egalitarian reasons". Has the community regained its sanity, and replaced the fence, yet?
