I’ve listened to this song so much that I can play it in my head by heart, but I just HAD to watch someone else react to it. It’s unreal, isn’t it?

Dude....it's March 2021 and I just found your video. I'm a Dirty Loops freak and to watch you listen to this is so freaking fabulous. I know how you feel man. These guys have all of it.

Dirty Loops is what happens when you combine everyone in Snarky Puppy into three people and give them superpowers. They aren't human, clearly.

Absolutely, and I love that they seem to be completely self aware of it, too. You can see the looks on their faces when they are playing a complex riff in harmony together, and they're like "yeah, we just did that. We're pretty awesome!".

Best natural reaction I've seen of this beautifully arranged masterpiece, especially how you catch those subtle gospel and jazzy passing notes and rhythms. Would like to hear more after the song on the drumming (though I'm a bass player, I'd appreciate your musical insights). Keep up the great work!

You mean they have both been influenced by Stevie Wonder, difference is Dirty Loops and Stevie don't sleep with kids
@Rashy2254 жыл бұрын
Michael couldn’t or didn’t showcase vocal runs like at the beginning of the song. He sounds a little like MJ during the chorus I’ll give you that. He sounds more like Stevie Wonder to me. When he sings “all I ever wanna do” he sounds like Freddie Mercury.
@alanr.48124 жыл бұрын
@Cassandra Garcia better vocalist than MJ? Im not quite sure. His voice is so unique and smoothy but he can change it to rasphy rocky agreesive and percusive voice
@bogme4 жыл бұрын
They’ve said in the past they basically just rip off MJ and Stevie lol. But when you’re at their level you get a pass, and can rip off whoever you want as it’s not out of any lack of ability, but pure love! Side note: I can’t remember where, but I read that Stevie heard them and absolutely LOVED it!

Did anyone here ever think that they would, in their lifetime, see 3 white boys from Stockholm, Sweden get not only signed to, but also managed and represented by THE LEGENDARY Quincy Jones? I agree with poster Tony Lancer. A 3-man Snarky Puppy on STEROIDS. Wow. And don't be too shy to check out each members solo works and side projects. "They aren't human, clearly."
