Just signed up for the free account today for the non-profit I volunteer for. I'm so impressed with the tools and customizations I'm able to do! Your tutorials are EXCELLENT and this one is a great overview. I'd been using Google forms (BORING), and have been using Mailchimp for our newsletter and registrations, Salesforce for membership. Seeing that I could use one form that will add content to both our Mailchimp account and our Salesforce account has me REALLY excited!!! Thank you so much for this great tool and all your tutorials!

Please can you advise after I create the form is it possible to created as a type of application that the person can pull back? Will that be like a private form setting that will make the applicant create a user name and password if I set up the form as private? Also is there a video that explain how the pdf download form works?

If not, unfortunately, asking users for their username or password is a violation of our terms, so that's not possible. Hello ganessens, This is possible when you export your data from your Sharepoint to Excel or CSV then import it to your form table. Hi Kay, You can add fields in your form that asks them their personal details like Name, Email so you will be able to identify who have filled out your form. I was going to use a influencer for promotion but the form asked for my card number. I wasn’t comfortable with that. Other people have a PayPal option. I felt more comfortable with that. Can u see your customers card number?

Hi, If the form uses payment integration, credit card will only be passed into the gateway through their secure API for payment processing. No credit card information is stored into JotForm server. This is also against our terms. Our PayPal integrations supports direct credit card payment straight form the form or through PayPal's checkout page. Very helpful in so many ways. I do have a question though, I tried to listen and see if you would bring it up. So my issue is whenever I send my clients submit the completed forms it stays on that form, meaning I had to make a new form or go back and clear out a used one.. over and over over and over. Is there a way to prevent this? Like have the submitted forms go elsewhere so I can keep reusing that same one form?
