Purchased this for my new commute. It's been superb so far! Got the torque needed and covers the ground well. Only gripe, battery is hard to remove to change inside. Contacted Engwe and they sent me a quick vid to demonstrate the if it sticks, just pop a flat head screwdriver in the bolt lock hole and give it a tiny bit of leverage - which worked perfectly. Worth the money 🤘
