A coffee and cinnamon start to 2021! I am excited to be sharing this anthology and talking a little about my story for it. Also painting with coffee was fun, the studio smelt like a coffee shop all the time I was painting.

Every moment of this video was so delightful. The way you drew that coffee cup effortlessly and brought it to life, the amazing work you did there in the journal - it was mind blowing, the way you put together things -, but mostly just the music, the sneak peek from the story, the rain, and your delightful words at the bottom, it was pure bliss! I already read your story, and I loved it. The conversations were so lively, that I felt my mind yearning with that girl. Great work!

Thank you, Jaya! I am glad you enjoyed the video. I read your first story this morning. It has such good insight into the main character and how he perceives himself. It left me wondering at the end where he would go in life, where he would end up or whether he would continue repeating the same patterns.

Hi and thank you:) I hope you enjoy the story. I am enjoying reading my way through the book at the moment. Your story had an sad but interesting twist at the end, I was not expecting it to move like that. I liked the past tense narration, I thought that fitted the feel of the story well.

@@MeadowAfternoon thank you. I wanted to do more than just the typical goodbye. To be honest, I never think about the tense of the story until I'm actually writing it. I'm currently reading a few books to review so once those are read I'll be reading this.

Congrats on getting published. I'm not a coffee drinker either, but I like the idea of painting with it. I love the smell. Lovely video. Thanks.

Thank you so much Christine. I like the taste of coffee in cakes as well. A coffee and walnut cake is very tasty.

The layering! Oh my god.. This blew my mind.. By the way, could you share a video for beginners? I'm planning of journaling but I am lost about what products I need and what basics I should have

Hello Kashish, Thank you for watching. That's a good idea, I will add that to my video list. In the meantime, I would recommend a book to use as a journal, scrapbooks often works well as they have thicker paper. Then I would include a black pen for writing, double sided tape and glue and a pack of elements for decorating (stickers, printable clip art etc). I often save bits of magazines, wrapping paper and crepe paper to use as my backgrounds. Oh, and an ink pad and set of alphabet stamps are a good basic supply as well. Hope this helps😊
