The lighting honestly looks fine to me. I didn't realize it was night until you mentioned it. It was actually quite soft and soothing with the warmer light. So I'd say go for it! I enjoyed this video a lot.

I think the lighting is fine! I wouldn’t have known it was nighttime unless you mentioned it. I love that your daughter plays with you whilst you’re journaling... I think it’s an accurate reflection on what journaling with small children is actually like 🤣

Personally, I've always been a night owl. I've always been more productive at night than during the day. I really hear you about the drawback of not having daylight to see better! Like the others however, I didn't realise you were filming at night until you said so. But I think it's good to get the content out there even if the lighting isn't great, than not at all.

I dont mind not so great lighting i think itll be great! Most of my journaling takes place at night anyways after work or when everyone is asleep lol

The lighting is pretty good! I didn’t mind it at all. In fact, I was focused on the journaling process and your sweet daughter handing you donuts! I gave up on junk journaling as I didn’t feel organic with the pieces that I wanted to keep. Nowadays, I usually only create a junk journal from a trip or I only keep 1 or 2 items to just remember the experience. THanks for the tip about the Starbucks being relatively close to the Flagship TF store. My travels will lead me there soon and I am hoping I can hold out the waiting time to visit the Roastery. I am interested in the die cuts you seem to hoard. Can you give insight on where you find them/purchase? You had a big ampersand in your hand and I thought it was a lovely piece I could include in a junk journal I created for my last Japan trip.💙💙💙

The lighting really isn't bad :) The image is clear, we can see what's going on, there's no weird and disturbing shadows. I didn't notice that you filmed in the evening until you said it yourself ;)

I think your video looked great! As everyone else commented, I couldn't even tell you were filming at night. Also, you do you. If it's easier to film/record in the evenings when the kids are in bed, then do that. I think we'd all watch your videos still.

I went to the Nakameguro store and they didn't have the Starbucks TN. 😭 It was only at Tokyo Eki, but it was too late to go after I went to Loft Shibuya. But I did get the very last Hobonichi A6 Porter, so that made me feel better. 🤙
