I love watching your channel! My journaling Bibles are used for study notes and prayers. Another You Tuber has introduced making a prayer Bible. It's where you highlight and tab scriptures you want to pray concerning any prayer topic like fear, marriage, or holiness. Another idea she has that I'd like to try is she highlights, decorated, and takes notes with someone in mind like a friend or loved one. She has one for her daughter that she wants to give when she grows up. Looking forward to more of your videos. ~christine~

I enjoy watching your channel! I have the inspire prayer in the giant print. I am using it for 3 things. First scripture I have questions about I highlight in one color. I use red. Second is repetitive phrases, I use green for repetative phrases in a passage , and another green for repetitive phrases in the book. Last, I use another color for verses that stand out to me. I use yellow. If I was in your shoes I would use that Bible for sermon notes online, or at church.

Here’s an idea for the pink NIV Zondervan. I have the same Bible and love the beauty of it, so I decided to use it for any woman/wife studies that I do. I put prayers in it for my partner/future spouse. Any notes that he leaves me, or birthday cards I put in that Bible. It just reminds me of his thoughtfulness, and anytime I’m feeling distant from him that is the Bible I will pick up. I also plan to use studies on how to become a better woman in Christ inside that Bible specifically, and eventually will also put prayers for my children. Hope this helps! ❤

I've been collecting Bibles. I use the My Creative Bible c. 2016 by Christian Art Publishers. It's a KJV and has lots of illustrations. I really didn't have much of a plan when I started coloring in it. It has become more of an all-purpose Bible. I also cross-reference other translations to see how they compare to the tried and true KJV. I recently bought an Inspire (original). I'm not familiar with the NLT version. I'm open-minded. I'm not a KJV only . At the time, it was the only translation the particular Bible I wanted was in. I plan on making it a meditation Bible. Whenever I sit down with it to read it, I want to be slow and steady. Maybe read a year-long cover to cover. Right now, I'm doing a 90-day read in the KJV. I did it before in the NIV translation. It wasn't a journal type Bible. I hadn't thought beyond translations or study Bibles as to dedicating a specific purpose. That is a good idea. I have a few journal type Bibles in different translations. I like reading other translations because it can give a meaningful understanding. I admit that while I enjoy KJV, it can be tedious. I understand it well enough because I grew up with it, and I studied advanced literature in school. I'm good at reading. The Bible is so much more than just reading it. I want it to come to life and apply the teachings to my everyday life.

I use a lot of stickers so I'd put musical stickers in the music one and flower stickers in the flower one. I also like the letter stickers and spell out words like love, Jesus, peace, joy, etc. I use the ESV Illuminated Scripture Journals (11 pt font or maybe higher) and I write out a scripture that stands out either in the ESV or in another translation so I can kind of see the ESV translation and on the opposite page another translation. They are like an interleaved Bible but broken down by book so it's like a large print single column paperback. I recommend getting the Psalms one (and also my favorite) to try it out first before buying the entire set or single books so you can test it out first to see if you like it. They also have a CSB scripture journal set that I wouldn't mind having but I don't have a lot of space for it. I have the large print personal size CSB so I don't really need it. My morning routine is to read the current day reading of The One Year Bible in any translation I feel like reading that day and then use the ESV Scripture Journals to write down notes on that One Year Bible reading for that day. My "notes" are basically just rewriting another translation of scripture. It works for me because I never need a bookmark, I just go to the current date in The One Year Bible. I've actually cut the ribbons out of most of my Bibles because they annoy me. lol

I like the idea of a Journaling bible, but I don't like reading single column. 9 pt type double would work. Not tiny print or huge. Oh well. I use a wide margin instead.

An idea for the last bible is just for sermon notes - you have one on one time with the Lord and you have one for sermons/community bible study
