I recommend getting stickers to add to your journal entries for more color. When I started journaling I got loads of stickers to make my pages feel more alive. Also it could be nice when you don't wanna draw! Buttt, it's just a recommendation 😊😊

I’ve always watched journal videos and wanted to start one so I made one. I tried to make it very aesthetic and neat and it wasn’t motivating me to keep up with it especially being a perfectionist. So middle of last year I made a journal for whatever thoughts and emotions I was feeling and I used it a lot more. This year I’m trying to write everyday and so far I have its now the 10th and I’m still going. I really like this idea of goals I always write my goals but don’t go in depth this is something I will add I also started a gratitude journal and favourite memory of the day jar

theres a journal on amazon called the emoshi journal and it has numbered pages and its pretty cheap. the emoshi journal is the one i use. its a good journal
