If he would have gotten an admission of guilt in the settlement that is acccobtabilty. if he took them to court and won, thus proving their liability, then that's holding them accountable. The detective clearly stated that they reach out to the complainants every 4-6 weeks, which means you should have heard from them at least 4 times since December, but you haven’t heard from them even once!! What a coverup from that detective! I would definitely make an appointment to come in and talk to the two investigators assigned to your case as soon as possible and demand some answers. I agree. Sean and Amagansett Press are all about teaching the police to respect our rights. A lot of people, especially older people, think these guys are out here doing this just to stir up controversy. But in reality, they are doing us all a favor by teaching police to respect our rights while at the same time holding them accountable for violating them. 10-15 years ago, police didn’t even bother to learn the constitution because they ran around making up the law as they go. Now they are forced to learn and respect the law because people are learning their rights. And I’m so happy these guys are doing what they do.

I received a lot of money bc they were doing the same thing at other plants so it was interstate so RICO charges would have been filed. Folks would have gone to jail. They paid extra for the NDA. So did the useless union we had there.

​@@Niles-Guy Amagansett Press and Watching the Watchmen will do. They are father/son and go around together alot, but he tries to let them off unless they really go too far or won't listen at all. Like one lady tried to hit him with a car for example, and one assaulted his son, they both were sued or charged if I remember correctly. Sean groups these videos up into easy playlists, and does more consistent follow up (which I really like), Amagansett press does follow up but the videos are not always easy to find, and sometimes he talks about the issues in the next video he does instead of a separate one, but I like watching both.

Well, this is coming from the city that had the mayor get removed from officer for embezzlement and then her second in command inherited the job got removed from office for giving non compete contracts to her friends, and then the in the next mayoral race, they nearly elected the original mayor again. I mean she just barely lost. During this time we had a traffic light speed sensing camaera scandal where it was discovered that multiple thousands of false speeding tickets were given out because somebody INTENTIONALLY calibrated them to do so. This is also a state that tried to pass a rainwater run off tax. You read that right. So when it rains, they were somehow going to figure out a way to measure how much rain fell on your property, then ran off your property, and of course emptied into the storm drains and then assumes you have all sorts of polluting chemicals on your land and thus is damaging the Chesapeake Bay.

@@gj9352 I never thought I would say these words, but... Ok bootlicker, whatever you say. The policy is unconstitutional, this isn't a new topic, all departments have been out should be fully aware. I believe they just don't care, regardless of the laws. He deserved FAR more. On top of that, other than his expenses, Sean regularly gives those settlements BACK to the citizens directly. In one settlement that came just before Christmas, he ran around giving out $500 at a time, so long as they listened to him explaining where the money came from, and why it was given to him. That's called further education. A jury would have awarded him far more, but he doesn't want the long drawn out and expensive trials that further cost the taxpayers.

All of the security and detectives you encountered have such a disdain for the public and absolutely seem to hate accountability. The guards at the table were essentially tree stumps and Detective Connor was kind of the same way. The copsplaining is definitely annoying and no one buys that it takes so long to perform an investigation that is all on video. Thank you for not letting it go and accepting the tyranny.
