Fellow Patriots, What’s MOST concerning to me is that Sgt. Mare & Officer Winter from the original video, almost two years ago, were never held accountable for their actions. As soon as I receive the Internal Affairs Documents I will update everyone. Stay tuned & turn on notifications so you don’t miss it! If you’d like to support the channel consider checking out the Offical LIA Store Here: longislandaudit.store/ Use code “LIA20” at checkout for 20% off your entire order! 🙏🇺🇸

To say 'asking nicely' really means they are asking nicer than they will be in a few seconds. Then they proceed to escalate even more as they feel like you need to be taught a lesson in not bowing down to their demands like a child would be taught by their parents going past the candy isle at the grocery store and putting up a temper tantrum until their parents bought them some candy to shut up! @@bamahama707 In certain places, yes. But in others, it will linger and get worse, even still. The only way to truly and effectively eliminate the problem, at least to a practical degree, is to increase the penalties for law breaking and rights violations to draconian levels. Civil servants need to be given 1 strike, and if they do it again, they lose their job and are banned from the public sector permanently. As for LEOs and judges, there needs to be minimum 5 year sentences, on up to the death penalty on the maximum end, for serious civil rights violations and committing felonious offenses against members of the public. Unfortunately, until this happens, the problem will continue to fester and get worse.

I think both methods can be effective for certain purposes. There are valid reasons in a jury trial to prevent any kind of jury tampering. Filming the jury could potentially put them at risk. Outside of that, I see little reasoning behind the rule.

You should FOIA request the security camera above each courtroom to confirm that "attorney" (who is always telling the truth).... is actually telling the truth about "some cameras are just for monitoring, while others record". Why would a government building waste money to pay someone to "monitor" a security camera 24/7, when they can simply record it and watch it 9 months later if they need to. It's very interesting an attorney knows so much about how that court's security cameras work. And honestly... as an attorney, wouldn't you encourage audio/video recording at all times both inside and outside the court? Whatever you do not capture with your own evidence will certainly disappear in our judicial system.
@cottoncandisandi6109
@cottoncandisandi6109 Жыл бұрын
Exactly !!! There's no one monitoring that camera . Every camera in that building is recording and the footage will be pulled if there's an incident within the building . Why would they need Charles on the floor if there's a court monitor in the sky ? The attorney lied and the cop lied :" an anonymous call " , my ass . 🙄

ALL video taken with cameras are stored for a minimum time, allways. the only reason that it might be true what she says is if they just place extra cameras that are not even on power just for visual placement security. like showing the public alot of cameras but only have some of them actually recording. but what she says that its only for moinitoring and not recorded is not true... if it is on , it records and stores.

He is exposing the fact that law enforcement training is not emphasizing enough on both the importance of the Constitution and the case laws that have been ruled on. It's appalling to me that most officers can't even recite one of the amendments! SOMETHING THEY SWORE TO UPHOLD! It truly is sad, but there is hope for this great nation and for its future.
