The only way to truly and effectively eliminate the problem, at least to a practical degree, is to increase the penalties for law breaking and rights violations to draconian levels. Civil servants need to be given 1 strike, and if they do it again, they lose their job and are banned from the public sector permanently. As for LEOs and judges, there needs to be minimum 5 year sentences, on up to the death penalty on the maximum end, for serious civil rights violations and committing felonious offenses against members of the public. Unfortunately, until this happens, the problem will continue to fester and get worse.

You should FOIA request the security camera above each courtroom to confirm that "attorney" (who is always telling the truth).... is actually telling the truth about "some cameras are just for monitoring, while others record". Why would a government building waste money to pay someone to "monitor" a security camera 24/7, when they can simply record it and watch it 9 months later if they need to. It's very interesting an attorney knows so much about how that court's security cameras work. And honestly... as an attorney, wouldn't you encourage audio/video recording at all times both inside and outside the court? Whatever you do not capture with your own evidence will certainly disappear in our judicial system.

Few years ago the sheriff's office flew up my driveway like a swat team. Scared my child to death. Said I had marijuana growing on my property. I own 7 acres. I said I can see my property from my front door. Lol. I said where is this said marijuana. Oh we can't tell you that. Lol. They would not let me enter my front yard at all. Turns out the police copter was a bit off on their property lines. Jesus. They ended up way behind my house on another's property. Bad thing is they sent a kid deputy to my door. I was furious. But what could I do? They didn't say oh sorry, they got in their 8 vehicles and just left. It will not happen again. I will film everything from now on.

Firstly, I am in law enforcement. This gentleman is a national treasure!! I watch him every chance I get. He exudes respect and professionalism at another level. His knowledge of our Constitution and the way he is able to articulate its purpose to law enforcement officers is something that should be heeded and emulated by all law enforcement agencies. He is exposing the fact that law enforcement training is not emphasizing enough on both the importance of the Constitution and the case laws that have been ruled on. It's appalling to me that most officers can't even recite one of the amendments! SOMETHING THEY SWORE TO UPHOLD! It truly is sad, but there is hope for this great nation and for its future. Sean is making it his mission to ensure that every citizen is aware of their God-given rights and, in doing so, will bring our communities closer.
