Another thing that should be considered is the fact that the Nigerian military has been fighting Bokoharam since 2009. There are many of the terrorist that were killed and there are many of these terrorists that survive the unslot of the Nigerian army and airforce. Since the loose is tighting around the neck of Bokoharam, many of the terrorist are surrendering; but there are other battle hardened terrorists that are not surrendering. There is the possibility that these terrorists have joined the bandits. If that is the case they will show loyalty to the bandits by training them in gorilla warfare tactics and other terrorist techniques in order to enhance the groups efficiency. So one might start seeing ragtag Banditry becoming more efficient in their terrorists operations.

And if trained, the indication here is that the custodian of the confiscated vehicle on this occasion is a member of Bokoharam and should be arrested.
