14:00 exemplifies how Pete cant contain himself. Which is sweet and endearing in a way but also normal adults really have no patience for it. It makes life hard for a person like pete because they always eventually are alienated, or kept at a distance greater than pete would like, and the others claim that they're the one who suffer.
