Arnel Pineda has an incredible voice. Here in May 2020 during lockdown listening to Arnel Pineda and Journey. His voice here is so good, imagine if he was discovered by Neal Schon earlier. But then again Pineda came along for Journey in the right time. May they all have long healthy lives and keep entertaining their fans until their later years.

when neal heard arnel's voice for the very first time...he already knew in his heart that arnel is the one his been looking for that is fit to be the frontman of journey. his faith with arnel did not falter when arnel can't show the voice neal and jonathan heard in youtube during his audition. but being arnel who doesn't give up easily..he was able to show what he really got and what he was really made of. i remember neal saying to one of his interview..that if he have know arnel before when he was far more better than he is right now, he would have looked for arnel a long time ago.

This song is quite very high in pitch. Neal knew this when he heard Arnel sung! And when he was practicing with them already they thought him how to sung Journey songs that's why he seems to be like Steve P. his voice is was God given!

I think Arnel Pineda has ruined this song with that ascending slide he adds to the last note. It is not a pretty ornament, and it probably ruins his voice.

We know from his singing of "Don't You" that he has chest voice. He should drop down into chest and sing "no no" at the very end if he wants to add an ornament. The ending of this song requires either no singing or singing in complete unison with all the instruments.
