In order to appreciate the journey you need to set a goal. And setting a goal means making choices. And making choices is the hardest thing a human has to do. The most depressing part is being stuck at the bottom of the mountain searching on a map where the top is

The meaning of life is just to be alive. It is so plain and so obvious and so simple. And yet, everybody rushes around in a great panic as if it were necessary to achieve something beyond themselves. ~ Alan Watts

There is no final stop and yes, the now, the journey is already enjoyable even if you haven't reached your goals yet. These goals might also change on the way.

Loved the words and the message, but not always it is a climb sometimes something bad happens and you start to think you're feeling not climbing and not growing yourself in any way. For those who are in that position I would like to say that feeling upset, broken, jaded is also a climb and experience and growth in its self, It’s just it is very hard or impossible to appreciate or aknowledge that growth on your own. What you can do for yourself is to learn from it and try to understand that the lower you fall the longer the journey up or even higher. What I am trying to say journey can appear in so many ways and variations, do not forget about it 🧚🏻♥️

I feel like enjoying the now is overrated. I think naturally an overal balance is what most people are searching for at some level. Being present is however key and having a hard time doing a climb is perfectly normal. So just go with the flow of different feelings, taking plenty of breaks on the way up is perfectly okay and you can also purposely not reach the/a top and then go back:P (just for the mental expirement...)

Wow nice concept and you have done amazing work by putting all those pieces together! Would invite people to watch this video several times to be able to meditate on that and see the meaning behind the art . Also, those sentences have more authenticities coming from you because your past experience truly led you to those feelings. I love how you genuinely coordinate your walking progress along the road to your life journey in this video. Yea, there could always be something better than what we aim in life and we discover those surprises when our life take another path. I think the biggest problem that we are facing is how we deal view hapiness and pleasure. We should not primairly strive for pleasures, validation or success to obtain hapiness, otherwise it's just an injection of dopamine and we are entering into a perpetual cycle of addiction to rewards (pleasure is necessary and as mentioned in the video, it is best when it is found on the way).Therefore, people will want more and more and their life will be shaped by that.

If you don't want to get to the destination,Why go on the journey In the first place. The whole point of going on a journey Is to get to the destination.
@cassidy99ful3 жыл бұрын
@@dcktater7847 Do you only listen to the first three notes of a mozart symphony or the entire piece. You listen to the entire piece so you can get the full experience. And you'll never get that If you never get to the end,Right. I'm not saying don't enjoy the journey too. But there's no point In starting the journey If you never get to the destination.
@cassidy99ful3 жыл бұрын
@@dcktater7847 O.K. then. Do you listen to the first three notes of a song and then stop. Why not.
@cassidy99ful3 жыл бұрын
@@dcktater7847 You are O.K. with the 25 KM's because you know running the entire 1100 Is Impossible for anyone,Basically and you weren't trying to run the entire thing In the first place. You never Really started that journey In the first place because you knew you would never get to the end so there was really no point In trying. And you are fine with the series ending because you know that there's nothing you can do to change It. If something Is beyond your control then there's no point In worrying about It. That's good that you can recognize the things you can't change and are fine with It. A lot of people can't do that. It would be like listening to Mozart and then the theatre gets bombed. You'll never hear the end of that symphony but that's O.K. because at least you are still alive,right. LOL!!!!!!
@cassidy99ful3 жыл бұрын
@@dcktater7847 That's great. I'm glad to hear stupid shit doesn't bother you anymore. That means you're growing and evolving as a human and spiritual being. It's only at the end That you can look back and understand why you went on that journey In the first place,right.
