I love this sermon. I continually go back and watch this. Pastor Al has been my pastor now for 7 years at Calvary Worship Center in Colorado Springs. I have gained a deep love and relationship with Jesus due to Him continuing to teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the full council of God. God bless this man and CWC, and also Calvary Chapel Albuquerque. Al shares often where God has brought him from and where God is using him today. 🙏🏻

I suffered a massive stroke 2years ago it's only by the grace of god that I survived my stroke lasted for 5hours before I was able to get medical treatment god will restore me he will be glorified through my restoration I will have a healing testimony to share with the world iam blessed, favored, and a witness to god s mercy

Our God is a God of restoration. His hands are stretched out to welcome us. Joel’s message to Judah, urgent matter: return to God. Verses 1-11 (call to return), no time to play games, the time is NOW! God warns His people of the plague of locusts infestation & urges people , “turn to me with weeping & fasting”. He is slow to anger so He encourages people to turn to Him so that He blesses His people. God wants to restore your relationship with Him. God wants u to surrender to Him so that He can restore u. “…I will restore to u the years :- even the years that u have wasted, God can work things out for good (Romans 8:28) He is able to restore it all, a God of impossibilities.

A sense of urgency! Read the words of the holy prophets Joel! And hear the sense of urgency! They tore their clothes and repentance was immediate! The holy children of God didn't sit in chairs and Clap and laugh! They cried out for forgiveness! They showed urgency! While watching 👀 this can people see the members of this church like so many other usa churches clap, laugh, sit in their chairs! ...why not repent! Repent and tear their garments now! Humble themselves! ...cry to God to forgive us of our shame! Dear God when I was a child and still to Date I see usa churches sit in comfortable chairs acting like your holy words are a show or Play! Your word are truth and deep to my heart and soul! Weep is what we need not jokes and laughter and clapping! Please dear God free me from my enemies! Free me from my shame and weakness! ....please dear God remember my efforts to repent and cry to you from the alter to the porch! Please forgive me! And forgive all who cry to you ! Please provide for those from Israel to all places on earth her cry to you! Whole others see us with no faith ,it's shame for we have forsaken God! It's fear for we are in love and awe of the true God! It's a cry of great sorrow and grief! I don't want to sit in chairs clapping at you holy children's suffering! Even if their suffering was thousands upon thousand of years ago! When Adam and eve had to leave the garden of eden it was a time of repentance and cries of sorrow! When the children of God walked 40 years in the desert, it's a story and time for us to cry to God! For your holy children!...dear God when you holy king tore his clothes and cried for forgiveness, it was a deep stop between you and your holy king! Who am I dear Lord? To hear preachers proclaim the sin of a holy king of yours! Holy king David said he will never take the life of king saul an anointed one from God! Who is a preacher to tell his story now and ask for money from the tears of your holy kings? Dear God your holy commandments say "do not covet'" why should I go to church and hear them prideful with suits and comforts boast of their relationship and things they have done for you! You are God! The one true God! Even the gospels saids many will say I cast out demons in you name ,and Jesus will say get away from me I knew you not! They speak of the genealogy of Jesus and their sins to those sitting and clapping and laughing in the house of the lord?...please dear God forgive me! Forgive this generation who speaks proudly of how smart and great they are! They all proclaim they would never speak against their own elders while they speak agaisnt the elders of the church! ? Dear God forgive us ! Not because we deserve it but for your holy name! Soon dear God let these men know you are God ! And non can stand behind the pulpit and boast of their own great works! Please dear God forgive me and heal me and return my passion and love I know I have for you! Amen!
