Resisting the Taliban

The Taliban have been in power in Afghanistan since August. Since then, they have been consolidating their rule. However, some resistance groups continue to be active, especially in the Panshir Valley.

Since re-gaining power in Afghanistan, the Taliban has been trying to cultivate a more moderate image. 'We are not here to impose an ideology, but to rebuild the country', insists one young Taliban fighter. He is one of many Talibs from rural areas, who had previously never before set foot in Kabul, but now patrols the streets as a police officer. For women in particular, the Taliban's rise to power has curtailed their opportunities for education, with secondary school re-opening only for boys. 'The Taliban are enemies of women. The Taliban have no education', says one Afghan woman who has been demonstrating to demand that women have access to education. Despite this setback for women, and further plans to re-introduce harsh laws, the Taliban are confident they can gain legitimacy on the world stage. 'Now, everyone can see that the Taliban regime is made up of good people' says Abdul Khaleq, who now works for the Afghan government's refugee department. Though the Taliban claims to be a force for good, resistance continues in the nation - particularly in the Panshir valley - despite insistence that 'there is no more resistance', from the Taliban's Vice Governor.

Saudi Arabia now allows women to drive but that is far from being the only change that was needed like for exemple Saudi Arabia, just like barbarians, still have the death penalty and the way they execute human lives is by cutting their heads off with a sword. This, anyone with half a brain cell, will agree that it is inhumane and unacceptable and cruel as it causes suffering. it might only be 1 seconde of suffering pain at the most but 1 seconde is 1 seconde too much. if Saudi Arabia would at least choose a method like lethal injection were the person simply falls asleep and dies in their sleep, it would look better for their reputation but no they still choose to be cruel barbarians and the whole worlds is now aware of this hence why the monarchy is loosing support amongst its traditional allies like the west which refuses to sell them weapons now. good day my friend I hope that one day your mind becomes open to change. change does not mean giving up your belief in god, it simply means accepting that times have changed that we are now 2022 and that rules made up over a thousand years ago cannot be applied in tokays society as it is not everyone who wishes to be following these rules.

The Panjshir valley isn't occupied fully. The NRF (National Ressistance Front) still holds 60% of Panjshir valley. They hold all the main strategic points and mountains, while Taliban hold roads and bottom of the valley. NRF is fighting guerilla warfare from the mountains until they regroup and until they are strong enough to capture the whole Panjshir back. Wait for the winter to pass and spring to start you will hear in the news about Panjshir Lions once more. ALL THE BEST TO THE LIONS! PREVAIL!

I am a pashtoon and alot of the time the Muslims talk about the weak hadith about the flags being from Khorasan that will meet the mehdi. When you google the region of Khorasan in afghan lands, you will see that it is predominantly in the farsi speaking tribes not the Pashtoon speaking tribes.
