I have no idea why these people who live in houses built with bamboo come into land of tornado and try to sell their houses as they know their houses will be ripped a part by gusty winds thats why they try real hard but its futile

They have no choice. Sometimes you get lands that seem good and fertile but they come with snags, like prone to tornadoes or storms. Bangladesh is another example because the land is fertile and good, but you get terrible storms really often. But if you can live through that you will survive through the good crops. It's what humans have done over history, try to survive but i wish for our future to be one better than that. For all people.
