I am a filipino Muslim therefore I am trilingual speaks Filipino, English and Arabic. As a Muslim growing up we have to study Arabic as we grow and it is included in our school subjects. To study Quran and the teaching of the Rasul(SAW). I also have Arabic name at 2009 I flew to Saudi Arabia to work and as of today I still live here I didn't have any hardship adjusting with culture in KSA because I am used to it it only strengthen my beliefs and improved my ability to read tbe tajweed and tafseer of the Quran. Al-Andalus was the first true country of Iberia, and it lasted almost twice as long as Spain and Portugal has so far, so my ethnic lineage is mostly Arabic/Berber. Also, the Roman church has caused far more crimes against humanity than any other religion; So let's put that into perspective. The Christian crusaders invaded Al-Andalus and did exactly what you claim the Moors did. The Roman church would soon after torment and kill many people through its unjust and evil Spanish Inquisitions; then go on to invade other countries and do the same to them. At least the Muslims in Iberia were tolerant of other beliefs. The Christians were like "Submit to us, get out or be killed".

I once talked to a Spanish man about al Andalus he said to be it was a great blessing for them and when the Islamic rule ended in Spain the country went into decline and rise of religious fanaticism and then you had the inquisition where anyone who did not conform to Catholicism where either killed or forced to convert to Christianity Muslims or Jews had to have pork hanged in door step they had to secretly practice their religion it got so bad that Muslims had to literally go into hiding it was unbearable that by 1614 they were forced to leave the country.... a REAL sad ending

Muslims. Know this. God has plan for his religion. When Muslims win as they used to, there was plan of God for it. When they lost, there was reason for it. For example, at this age when Islam is down and Muslim people can not even get decent rulers, people are embracing Islam in all over the world who would never have been one if not because of Muslims moving in to their neighborhoods or Muslim becoming ever more resolute in their Religion and passing Islam with permission of God. Visit any Muslim country and the first things you will see is that Muslims in Muslim countries are not as resolute in their Islam as Muslim in Non-Muslim countries. People might not embrace Islam in large numbers anytime soon but there is already tell tail sign for this. This might not happen in our life time. It might take thousands of years. Whatever it is, God's religion will move forward until the God's religion reaches every house of this world. What we will be asked when we go back as each of us will be is "What we have done in our capacity for this way of God". The best DAWA is being Muslim and practicing what we preach. Might God help us with this task.

Nicely presented and enjoyed but at 8mins in you say that King George the 2nd wrote to Hisham the 3rd. If Hisham ruled from 1027 - 1031 there's no way that letter happened. King George the 2nd ruled from 1727 - 1760. If that letter was written it would have been by the Dutch King Cnut (1016 - 1035). Incidentally "English" women were not sent to such learned places until the 19th century.
