2 Full-Glass KONE EcoDisc Traction Elevators - Beijing Capital Intl. Airport - Beijing, China

[Recorded 7-6-17] I was digging through my files and found these two videos from Beijing that I totally forgot about. For those who aren't aware, my camera crapped out and I ended up losing all of my videos from Beijing except for these two videos. My camera would later crap out again in Macau, resulting in the loss of 40 more videos. Anyway, enough crying. This airport is full of KONE Ecodiscs like the two you see in this video. Some are huge and some are not. They are fully glass and run very nice. Of course, all of them are extremely busy so it's nearly impossible to get a car to yourself. I have muted part of this video because of a very high-pitched frequency coming from my camera's mic.

FYI EcoDisc isn’t the model, it’s the motor. The model is TranSys, it uses KDS 300 fixtures, and it has the EcoDisc MX20 motor. The first one seems to use 4:1 roping, and goes at a speed of 0.8 m/s.
