I hate to say it, but this was a fairly lackluster performance for Cirque du Soleil. I've seen loads of double dutch shows and breakdancing shows, and while I like the concept of combining the two, this just isn't at the same level as cirque usually has. The breakdancing was honestly pretty bad. It lacked the sharpness and flair you typically see of truly skilled performers, and I'm not even talking about flips and stuff, just the basics. The jump ropping was not very well choreographed and seemed a bit useless with the overall effect, which is sad because I love a good double dutch jump rope skit when done right. Real shame, but i still love cirque du soleil
