I am an 80+ year old cyclist from Ireland. I attempt to understand and implement your methods as best I can. They work. I climb local hills in relative comfort and they have enabled me to avoid some embarrassing moments. What a model student Joyce is, reacting immediately to instructions and advice. Hello from Tennessee, USA. I am 72 years old and biked for many years. I found your channel a few months ago. I love your training and since first of 2023, I have been using all your techniques on all rides. I find I have gotten faster and stronger and that I am climbing all our hills in big ring. Also I have found my average heart rate on rides has dropped a lot from the past when I was using high cadence. Many older riders who have not tried new ideas have claimed the high cadence will hurt the knees - but it has not hurt the knees. I have shared your story all with my friends.
