Good team work, i always get excited in my next ride when im watching the CRZ Cycling Team it gives me a strong motivation eventhough i dont really race. Good job Coach and the rest of the CRZ Team. God Bless

Wow, that was super cool and really strange. Sort of a cross between a road race and crit with aerobars. Loved the team tactics, and how well everyone stuck together and responded. Tom and I are nearly identical riders, big dudes who get down on our forearms and rip huge watts. Can't wait to watch more.

Jerneil, Thank you for watching my vlog about the importance of teamwork and communication in road racing. I'm glad you found it informative! It's great to hear about Tom's cycling prowess and that he's admired within the Philippine cycling community. Sounds like he's a real powerhouse and inspiring cyclist for many people to follow! It's always inspiring to see how dedicated cyclists can be and how they can motivate others to push through challenges and get the best out of themselves. By any chance, may I know where you usually ride? I'm always looking for new routes and ways to improve my cycling experience, and I'd love to hear your favorite places to cycle. Thanks again for your comment, and I hope to hear more from you soon!

All efforts and sacrifices are all worth it. Job well done. 👏👏👏 I always watch your vlogs coach. Keep it up, and more racing content in the future. Winning is just 1 thing, but learning is everything. Patience, planning, leading and execution. 🙂

Your words are spot on. Can never be described in a better way. Thank you for thinking vlogs like this type have a place in the social media space. I tried to find learning content on the inside chatter happening inside racing chaos but couldn’t find any. We figured this might fuel interest for newbies

I like how you share your skills and technics to all possible viewers. Even if 90% were just gonna be your future rivals... you have many technics and strategies shared to filipino cycling community... even if "i think" what you have shared are already 50% of confidential knowledge of racing team internationally.. i can imagine how good you are as my rival competitors... if i have a chance or oppurtunity... and im sure , would even better, if w team vs team.. . Im sure you have something more in keep.. you havent yet shared it all... . You make the ride more exciting battle. You got my interest. As a toughest team here in philippines.( i know crz is not a team, you just out your students as your company team). Your not yet laos.. for me. Just keep racing and touring. . ..

Would you allow and sign contract into your team with foreigner ex pro who would be faster and dominant among your team members?

At the moment we don’t have an existing cycling team. The riders seen on these episodes are private working professionals who started to like cycling during the pandemic and signed up for workshops and learning. The races featured are part of their experiential apprenticeship program. We Always believe on the principle that experiencing the actual application facilitates learning and skips time consuming redundancies in achieving the same goal. Perhaps in the future we can ask the current or former enrollees if they will be interested in racing.

You look business. I am just a little bit afraid if these guys are just enthusiasts someone’s heart might refuse to work one day from such a high intensity. So you collect their medical condition documents?

Absolutely. We prioritize every one’s safety. Each CRZ rider is also covered by a health insurance policy

You have that bluff techniques huh?... looks like a real tired from chasing, leading, you force their leg power exhausted very early or due of over heating... your damn good... . All i can object is that your team havent yet (own gesture communications).. . To pay attention and response to your winning strategies... . . I see your team heading (crzcontrol) was the toughest team in philippines. Who ever you put in assembled team. (As long as your the captain).. .. they must not call coach... i see you as a Captain.. . Because you always guide the team.. coach definition didnt define you.. but captain defined you.. . . Its really nice watching you CRZ guys...

When you’re around the circuit let’s ride with the crew. It’s fun to play chase and high five afterwards. Cycling can be a rewarding activity specially for high stressed corporate individuals. Race script weekend activities like these provide them Value for their limited time to be on their bikes. Hence, the game plays and role assignments give them something to bring home and motivate them to stay fit
