It’s super tough dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety, but reaching out like this shows you’re strong, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. First off, it’s really important to talk to someone about how you’re feeling. Whether it’s a friend, a family member, or a therapist, sharing what you’re going through can make a huge difference. You don’t have to carry this weight alone! Also, don’t forget that it’s okay to ask for help. Sometimes just getting out of the house for a bit or doing something you love, even if it feels hard, can help lift your mood. Here are some verses to keep you going: 1. Philippians 4:13 - “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Remember, you have strength within you, even when you don’t feel it. 2. Isaiah 41:10 - “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you.” God is right there with you, ready to support you through this. 3. 2 Corinthians 12:9- “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’” It’s okay to feel weak sometimes; that’s when God’s strength shines through the most. Take it one day at a time, and don’t forget to be kind to yourself. Healing takes time, and it’s totally okay to ask for support along the way. You’ve got this! 💖

Father God, my strength is gone. After suffering a heart attack two years ago and battling lupus I feel weak. Please give me strength. I will always keep faith and I trust in you. Even as I constantly struggle to provide for my children I trust in you Heavenly Father. Walking with faith is all we can do as christian’s. Like most single mothers things are hard on me.Both of my sons are autistic, it’s a lot on me. I’m constantly struggling to pay rent and constantly struggle to provide for my boys. I’m overwhelmed and now that I’m home schooling them I’m having trouble getting their school supplies. Heavenly and merciful Father, I come before your glorious throne today, in humble adoration please help me overcome my struggles and my constant fear of poverty. By human nature, we always choose or want the easy things, and the hard things are tough and unfair. GOD WILL NOT PUT MORE ON US THAN WE CAN HANDLE. To know what substance we are made of, we must go through trials and tests. The best way I can put this is: let's say that you are a student and every once in a while your teacher will give you a test or a quiz on what you learned from your books. God is the same way with us. This world is our classroom, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit is our teacher, and the Bible is our study book. So, the next test or quiz that your teacher give you, please do not fail it. I am praying for you, saints. AMEN.
