I'm loving the simplicity of the video, not too much camera movement, it allowed us to really appreciate the cinematics of the video and choreography. Definitely felt Aaliyah & Janet vibes and the anime bit reminded me of Toni Braxton's "He wasn't man enough" video.

Nice to see someone say this! Music video editors nowadays will tell you that quick cuts, often less than two seconds per clip, is essential for creating energy and keeping viewer attention. I disagree. Showing clips in such quick succession means that there isn't enough time for the viewer to absorb a beautifully composed shot or appreciate well executed choreography (think of old martial arts films where the choreography is clearly visible, versus modern action flicks where it's difficult to tell what's happening because there are so many cuts) and as a result, the video loses much of its impact. It doesn't mean that every shot needs to be still and lengthy, but longer shots with little or no movement of the camera should be used to create contrast and impact.

Choreography style reminds me of Janet. Nice beat flow with small off cadence moves to add slight difficulty to the arrangement. I live this style of dance. Sexy routine, with grace, and lots of snappy Flava. One of the best, if not the best video of 2022. The song, the producer, the dance, the video theme, and Joyce showing off her Japanese culture ♥️ 🙌.... I am a huge fan of action anime. Very well done...
