I am so glad Ala-non is an organization that promotes anonymity w/out discriminating against a hard of hearing person by using intimacy and anonymity as an excuse to exclude that person. The ch does but Alanon is more welcoming of a hard of hearing person who requires a speaker to use an assistive device to help a hard of hearing person hear .
