We all know that the Western Wall, the Kotel, is the most significant site in the world for the Jewish people. We know that it is the last remnant of our Temple. We also know that Jews from around the world gather here to pray. People write notes to G-d and place them between the ancient stones of the Wall.
But did you know that many important events took place on Mount Moriah, later known as the Temple Mount?
Mount Moriah, according to Jewish tradition, is the place where many pivotal events in Jewish history took place. Traditionally, creation of the world began from the Foundation Stone at the peak of the mountain. This is also where Adam, the first human, was created.
When Abraham was commanded to prepare his son Isaac for sacrifice, the father and son went up to “the place that G-d chooses” - Mount Moriah, and to its peak - the Foundation Stone - where the binding of Isaac took place.
Jacob’s dream (of angels ascending and descending a ladder) is linked to this mountain.
Later on, the Holy of Holies - the core and heart of the First and Second Temples - was built around the Foundation Stone.

In the year 37 BCE, Herod was appointed king in Jerusalem. He soon initiated a huge renovation project for the Temple. He hired many workers who toiled to make the Temple more magnificent and to widen the area of the Temple Mount by flattening the mountain peak and building four support walls around it. The Western Wall we know of, is one of these four support walls.

What brother says is true in my life, I went there two years ago June 12 2017, I prayed there I need a job in any gulf country after completing my studies, just within 6 months, jan 29 2018 I am in uae as an language educator, I asked for job only after studies but even before I completed my last sem, God prepared a job for me, I didn't apply, I didn't do anything, one of my friend, she was on her family way, she wanted to leave the job immediately so she referred me, I didn't know anything bout it until I got a call from Uae for the interview, within 3 weeks of time all my process was over, I was in uae. Now am going to complete one year and God is faithful. I m writing this testimony from Uae. Praise God for His grace. And when I was traveling along with me some families came for 3 or 4 th time all saying we make a request and we get it so we come again to thank as mentioned in the video. I dunno this brother all but I know the ONE he s talking about and He s faithful and true. Israel 🇮🇱 One of the best countries in the world, really a place flowing with milk and honey 🍯

One thing I want to add here. As the servant of God mentioned, I was also reluctant or ignorant to visit Israel evethough I visited many other countries. In early days the package was 20 thousand rupees to go to Israel from chennai but I couldn't make it done. At my age of 67 God enabled me to pay a miraculous visit by making payment of Rs.1.00 lake. I visited and prayed, touching the wailing wall (the remnant of great Temple of God at Jerusalem after the destruction by Gen. Titus of Rome in AD 70) and I was able to see many break through in my spiritual, physical,and ministrial career.Recently Mr.Kumarasamy,CM of Karnataka visited Jerusalem and prayed in the holy wall and miraculously he became CM and you see after 5 years there was heavy rain in the catchment area of KRS DAM and there by Mettur dam reached its fullest level of capacity and many problems are solved by God which are not by power(modi and tn govts) or by might( supreme court and Cauvery commissions but by the mighty power of Calvary). I would like to conclude with 2 things....when I saw Amman(Jordan) Israel, some parts of Palestine and Syria, and Sinai in Egypt I could experience with great amazement was to discern the presence of God and literally I was able to see the glory of God all over Israel where as darkness prevailing in other areas. The beauty of Israel was awesome and 1000 times more than my comprehension.Further I was overwhelmed with joy to see the places that I was preaching about nearly 50 years. My second thing to apprise you that if possible every believer must visit the holy land chosen by yhvh. May God help you and bless you. Rev.Dr. S.Dharmaraj, usa.
