joy, next time you can try to make the nuggies by making a gluten free batter made of egg white, a little water, and cornstarch. you can start with a medium bowl and add 1 egg white. then add maybe a half cup to 1 cup corstarch and add water until it looks like a pancake batter. season it well with salt and spice and you can even add some hot sauce in there if you like spicy! then take the nuggies and dip in there until well coated and fry. it only takes a few minutes dont overcook them! the egg whites protect the meat and make it super juicy!
