This series has been BEYOND helpful!! such good information. I'm always nervous for client calls because its such a big impression, I'm going to work on follow up messages, and making sure I give them a 72 hour hold and make sure they know the next steps!

Hey Stephanie! Yes, I get the jitters too! Hehe. I try to be as real as possible though so they get to know me. They’re going to be seeing a lot of me on the big day 😆😂 so I def want it to be a good fit :)

Response time is key! If a client is ready to invest in you and your service but you put them off, then they're probably better off with your competition.

Such great advice in this series, thank you! :) I have a question; you mentioned that you send your pricing guide before the meeting takes place, so that the couple can look it over. Do you give an indication of price in your first email response as well? What if they get the pricing guide before the meeting and respond with saying it is out of their budget? :)

Good question!! Yes! I do. I say “wedding day coverage begins at $x” and then also link galleries :) that helps to qualify them as “within budget” in that first email so they know fully where I stand.
