Leeman Russ is the emperors executioner, yes he did keep his brothers legions in check but he was also called to do the dirty work in 30k. Every battle that was tough and dirty, the battle there were no glory in but needed to be done nonetheless, those were the battles he was assigned. They were loyal to a fault and ultimately that’s what caused the Thousand Sons to turn traitor. He also (speculatively) destroyed the 2nd and 11th legions.

Man, I wish either Joytoy could make 1/12ish 40k figures, or Bandai would have continued their line. I know they'd be pricey, but they'd be worth it to me.

Awesome Review as always. The best Books about Lemam in my Opinion are : A Thousand Sons- Space wolves, Custodes, Sister of Silence vs The Thousand Sons.. With Leman vs Magnus. This book alsi made me a fan of Magnus and the Thousand Sons. This is really one of the most epic books. Magnus is underated. He is the easily the most powerful Primarch objectively.. Leman is an Anti-Psycher so he was the perfect match up for him.. and even then it was fairly even....But thats On Purpose apparently...according to Malcador but thats another story. ;) Leman Russ: The Great Wolf- This has an Awsome Fight Between The Lion and Leman which gived you Insight into the Rivalry between the Dark Angels and Space Wolves) Wolfsbane- Leman and the Wolves make a Suicide Attack against the Sons of Horus amidst the emtire Traitor legions on there way to invade Terra. The Wolves Board Horus Flag ship, The Vengeful Spirit, and all Hell Breaks Loose with Leman vs Horus having an epic duel. Definettly up there with "Echos of Eternity" which is just as epic.⁹

Just got my Leman Russ on Friday, unlike the other primarchs he feels like the guy who is at the front of the battle, tearing stuff up. Definitely need more wolf guard to go with him now

I bought a McFarlane ork to battle the joytoy marines. I read that they'd sometimes have mega sized orcs in battle and he was under £10 on Amazon...

Bro you fell into the Warhammer rabbit hole for the same reason i did and around the same time😂 i thought it was cool from afar until i saw the 1/18th scale figures. Flash forward a few weeks and I'm at least $200 deep and probably more already and hundreds of hours of lore consumed😂. Space Wolves are my chapter (they were conveniently the least expensive figures on Amazon and have a great aesthetic) and I'm ready for joytoy to make more 40k era Terminators other than Arjac Rockfist. Also looking forward to getting into my other favorite legions like the Blood Angels, Salamanders and Dark Angels. Anyways, i love your reviews and you've helped me get even deeper into the franchise and action figures! Happy collecting and drink your water, hydro homie

Looks awesome. Wonder how big he is next to the joytoy Sister's of Battle. I have some of those and they are pretty small. Much smaller than your standard action figure. He must be giant next to them.

Random video idea. That Space Marine 2 game is pretty big, and I'm sure there are people like me wanting to getting just 1 of the three packs of them. I know there's version 2 bodies and it's all a bit confusing. I'd love to see a video comparing. Just a thought. Keep up the great stuff on this line that I can't afford but have to watch hah.

For the new game figures it’s one body with add on parts to make them jump pack compatible not two bodies. Hope that helps

@@radenchenko I just hope that they continue with the SM2 body from now on and stick to it. It does look like its better, at least proportionally to the actual SM. I think they were wrong to copy the minis in the first place. The SM release at least looks like there could be a human inside the armor

Really cool figure. A shame that GW doesn't allow Joytoy to deviate from the existing minifigures. That is why none of the pre heresy primarchs have helmets (and why Russ doesnt come with his spear).

1/18 And yes, recently Joytoy anounced and released a lot of Thousand Sons figures (Pre Heresy) including Magnus.

@@LandofMert76 He is big for a 1/18. The Primarchs and Terminator armor marines are in a similar size of a Leader Class Transformer. (If I had to compare it to another figure line).
