This is a beautiful. As someone who was told by her mother to leave, and was instead taken in by other mother figures in my life, it moves my heart that other people have this sentiment. That's great! I didn't have a Dad ,I lived my whole life never hearing him say he loved me! That was very hard! But I'm a very strong person! When he died ,I received his ashes and buried him in a beautiful cemetery, overlooking the mountains! I found peace from the Lord!

Maybe they don't way down there in San Diego. But way up here in Encinitas/Leucadia we sure do. And we go to John Paul's concerts when he blows through (two so far) and we had our tickets for Joy's visit to the BUT (Belly Up Tavern for the non-locals) but that got canceled. We all hope the reason for that can be resolved. But no matter how is goes , or what exactly it involves, we all hope Joy knows she has one hell of a support group out here.
