rpr is Croatian and he streams in English and Japanese. He fell head first into the rabbit hole when it was recommended he watch VSaikyou a few years ago. He was a top Apex pro at the time and he was blown away by the quality of the tourney. He was particularly impressed with Towa's performance and became an instant kenzoku. They sent each other merch, collabed, and the rest is history.

I think 煽り (aori) is mainly used to have similar meaning to (fan the flames) so i think he's saying literally something like (no fanning the flames) and in English we call it teabagging lol. I think showboating, tbagging, being toxic in an online game in general is 煽り (instigation) where as tbagging is just tbagging. But don't listen to me, I'm N2 and still can't speak without taking long pauses to think 😎

Fan the flames is the literal meaning, what it's mainly used for now, and the word I believe you're looking for, is "taunt". While there is a specific term for teabagging in Japanese, aori is used broadly to refer to it because it's easier to say and most games don't have a dedicated taunt action so teabagging would just be the same as taunting. There's nothing wrong with translating aori as teabagging there.
