Sometimes you watch a video and it has the "aha" moment. For me, this video had several of them. Thank you, Joshua :)

Hi Sir, I am looking for the acceptance criteria. When to use it and how to use it? this one is not written in scrum guide too. Thanks for the learnings.

Hey Josh, I want to get your view on how you would scale agile with multiple vendor teams. If there are developers from different vendors working on different components of a product, then I would say that to be cross functional they will have to be a part of a single team. As the client is concerned about the end to end delivery, the PO should be from the clients side. However I would like to know your thoughts on this. Do you think forming a team with multiple vendor team members is ideal? Or should each vendor be responsible for running the team separately? Thanks in advance 😊 Poonam

Yes it would work. I have done it several time. Nexus is what you should be looking at. Yes there should be one PO from the client side working with multiple vendor.

Hi Poonam. In what aspect that this video --> kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqKugWybhteIndk does not cover "working in multiple vendor scrum teams" ? Can you elaborate?
