Wow ... a lot of point yang di noted ... yang speak to me personally: di awal, point tentang membuat sistem dengan futuristik, gimana kl orangnya/ tim membernya lebih dari yang sekarang, for me personally sangat inspire ... hope I can start practicing that point ... trus tentang menentukan prioritas atau menambah seni how to say no, dengan pertanyaan "apa yang saya tidak bisa digantiin?" ... trus poin about pertanyaan "pelayanan tuh sebenernya buat siapa?" ... plus lagi point yang pake ayat Yesaya ... mengingatkan, menginspirasi, menguatkan ... 100% will share ke pemimpin yang saya kenal ... feedback: maaf, but, suara Ps. Alvi terkadang mengecil, mgk karena Ps. Alvi lagi ga enak badan? (Hwaiting, Pastor \^0^/) atau mungkin karena mic nya ga deket? atau mungkin speaker saya yang lagi error? ;0P ... anyway busway, really thank you for this video
