Yeah I noticed I cut the video off a little prematurely this time, it's too bad because she really extends that one too. All the vocal fry adds a very lowkey type of jazzy lounge feel that gets used a lot.

I have watched this cover at least 10 times but didn't notice the dog bark once 😆

that dog bark noise really tripped me out actually, I really did think it was my dog for a few seconds there. I like when artists put little noises and touches that are never heard except for one specific part. [Monster] by Yoasobi has quite a number of those instances as an example.
