I have two questions and a request Dr. Wako. At what elevation (in feet) do you hunt in those mountains, and what is that portion of the backstrap that you always peel off and throw away? Why don't you eat it? Also, could you show your technique for removing the tenderloin? Thank you.

I hunt about 1~2km away from the shore line and 50~100m above the sea level. The neck muscle comes down to the back along the spinal process as a tendon. It needs long boiling to make soup with. I formerly took the tenderloin but currently I don't find worth to take it.

話が若干変わるけど先日新発売されたGuardless Classic Drop Point Hunter (CPM 154)が届いたけど、ハンドルの握り具合はすごくいいですよ!試してみたらいかがでしょうか。:)
