Sounds great! I've done similar on my 1.4 Focus with an eBay unbranded 'race tube' exhaust and they do make a good sound. If you want to unlock more potential in these engines, swap the entire intake manifold with one from a 1.6 MK1 Focus. The inlet runners and throttle body are larger diameter and it really frees these engines up. Also swapping the gearbox for a MK6 Fiesta/Fusion one gives it shorter ratios than the Focus box, helps the acceleration out somewhat as the original Focus gearbox has too tall a gearset for the 1.4 engine really.

I have a full hornet exhaust system on mine and its far to loud 👀, is the sportex system a lot quiter? Want someone that's sound nice but not loud

We found the hornet was excessively loud this exhaust is so much nicer and quieter but still has the grunt when you put your foot down 🤓👍

It's not loud at all mate just adds a nice tone and a deeper sound rather then more volume 🤓👍

It wasn't snowing the day before I planned the video then I fell overnight... I wish I had my garage at that point then it wouldn't have been as bad 😂😂😂
