You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I know you have had three big losses in these past few months - your father, your friend and mentor, John Lloyd, and now your dear husband, JR. Praise the Lord for the assurance and promise of Heaven. I imagine that for you - Heaven is nearer to you than ever before. It brings to mind the song sung by Joni Eareckson - Joni's Waltz. Didn't you write that song, Nancy? Heaven is nearer to me! God bless you, Nancy, and bring you peace. Until we are all together again in Heaven, may the Lord bless and keep you. My life has forever been changed because of your ministry, and what a reunion Heaven is going to see - when all of those, whose lives have been changed because of your and JR's ministry, are together praising our Lord and Savior.

I had been friends with JR in Houston, his funeral service just showed up on my news feed. I had no links with him. Not sure how I got the message of his passing. but he was good with the computer.
