Hi Xian, Springsteen wrote it and delivered it in 1982 on the Nebraska album. The Band recorded it in 1993 on their Jericho record. Both are great! D & C blew up the Hollywood Bowl on 6/4/19, one of the best sets ever of the Dead;s muisc, sounding tight. JRAD's next in August. What a long strange trip- enjoy the ride!
