I used to weigh 360LBS. I worked hard for a year and a half on just getting healthy and lost over 100 lbs. At my lowest I hit 215, and then i fell into depression and bubbled up to 250. I don't hate where I'm at, but Khalil just inspired me to get back to what matters and to stop fucking up my life with these behaviors that sabotage the person i am meant to be. Thanks for this bro. It is still quite a feat to be ripped at 55 years old when you take more into account then saying hes on trt and hgh and that's cheating it's still an admirable feat

I really want to be a world class fighter at 19 like this guy but thought one day, all elite athletes at least started at 15 or less to be at least very successful. I really didnt give myself a real chance even though I started learning jiu jujitsu on Gracies channel, and started getting real shape. Now seeing Khalil who has gone through very similar circumstances and overcome them all has really shed a new light in my life which has been fallen in depression. Thank you Khalil and I hope our paths cross one day and I can say that you really inspired me to be who I want to be.

Joe get Sylvie Von-Duuglas-Ittu on the podcast. Shes a full time muay thai fighter in Thailand has over 230 fights an she’s training with all the Golden Age thai fighters like Dieselnoi, Samart Sagat an Karuhat. Id be such a dope podcast because shes got so much knowledge

I have been watching Khalil grow since TUF and was so impressed by his last performance. Leg kicks have always been underutilized in MMA. The realization of this is why we're seeing them integrated into more matches, more often, finishing more fights than ever.
