Awesome episode. Rico forgets to mention the most important factor in telling why the fight between him and Badr is so big here in the Netherlands. Sure it's because they are both beasts, sure they both talked some trash, sure Badr was in some shit and Rico is the perfect schoolboy. But it's also a fight between a Dutch guy and a Dutch guy with roots in Morocco. The fight connects so well in our society because it touches the seperation between the two 'communities' (Dutch and Moroccan dutch) and lets you pick sides. Added to that; Rico presents him self as this perfect humble dutch guy(which many people hate) while Badr presents himself as a sort of thug (which many people hate as well) and this also reflects on that. Not saying it's a fight about politics or anything, after all it connects people. Respect should be the biggest outcome of it, whoever wins. Looking forward to it.
